This Privacy Policy explains how Cadencia ("Cadencia", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit cadencia.us, book a call with us, or use our client reactivation services.
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example scheduling, email and messaging providers, and website hosting), only as needed to provide our services, and under obligations to protect it. We may also disclose information if required by law.
When a med spa shares its client list with us, we act as its service provider. We use that data only to run the campaigns the med spa authorizes, we never sell it or use it for our own marketing, and we delete it within 30 days after the engagement ends or sooner on request. We ask only for contact details and last-visit dates, not treatment or medical records. Where a med spa is subject to HIPAA, we sign a Business Associate Agreement before receiving any data.
Text messages are sent only to people who have agreed to receive them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with the service providers that deliver the messages, solely to provide the service.
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link or opt-out instructions, and we honor opt-out requests promptly.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.
